Home Remodel Lynnfield, MA

About the project

This Lynnfield, MA home construction has been quite an exciting project for us. The beginning of the project consisted of an added home extension, which created the new L shape at the back of the house. We had to build the new foundation and construct the framing of the extension first. From here we built in the walls, and got to work on the new roof.

The project is still underway, and our next tasks are to:

• Install the siding to the exterior of the home.
• Complete the interior remodel of the added home addition.

The project details

We approached this project the same as we do with every project. We took the time to understand the homeowner's vision for the home, and crafted a budget and design to fulfill their dream. We built a project schedule and timeline, and got to work.

This a quick run through of the schedule for the project.

1. Extend the foundation of the home.
2. Add sheathing and the new roofing.
3. Install the windows and doors.
4. Install the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system.
5. Add insulation and drywall.
6. Install the new siding to the exterior.
7. Construct the interior remodel.

We're very pleased with the progress of this project. The new L shape to the home creates some nice privacy in the backyard to entertain. An outside patio or deck would really compliment this new space.
